The Reason I Do This
My parents came to the United States from Greece in 1972 with very little, hoping to build a better life. My dad found work as a cook in my uncle's diner, and my mom stayed home to raise my brother, my sister, and me. They gave us everything they could. But when it came time for my father to retire, all he had to rely on was his Social Security. No one had ever taught him how to save, how to invest, or how to prepare.
When my father passed in 2022, I saw the cost of that up close. My mom was left to carry her grief and the entire weight of the finances at the same time, all on her own. If I can help even one person avoid what she has gone through, it is worth it to me.
MY BACKGROUND
What I bring to the table.
I have spent my whole career in the financial world. I graduated from Rutgers University with a degree in Finance and Accounting and a Master's in Business Analytics. I worked as a tax professional and as a banker, and in every role I tried to give real, honest money guidance to every person who sat across from me. Now I am expanding that work into retirement and financial planning so I can reach and help more people, and their families, than I ever could before.

That is what Helios means to me. Helios is the Greek word for sun, and my hope is to bring a little more light and clarity to your financial life, so the road ahead feels less uncertain and a lot more hopeful.
